As a part of the leases and deed of variation GGE deliver several amenities for the holidaymakers and owners to enjoy. These include:-
Free Club, the GILDAS bar and Dragon's Den childrens room.
Shop on site.
Resturant (pool side bar).
Take away.
Free Open Air Pool from Whit week (last in May) to 7 September (end of school holidays) heated to 72deg from 10am to 7pm.
Launderette.
Site Lighting from dusk to 1am from 1 March to 31 October (and up to 31 December if 30% of the park is let).
Fishing on several lakes.
Once upon a time there were boats on the site lake but these were removed several years ago (before 1990, anyway!). Many more years ago there was a boathouse on the North bank. As a contracted amenity the boats have been replaced by alternatives such as a health suite (didn't last long, insufficient custom), the Hair Salon (book in the Pool Side Bar) and Cycle Hire. The ponies were popular but GGE have been unable to 'subcontract' this over the last few years. Tennis gave way to the Dragons Den but the area may be re-used for team games.
There are also several other facilities available from time to time, such as a welcome in the club on Sunday am, day trips to Bally Kis Angel, entertainments in the Pool and Club... browse the notices by GGE reception!
